Can I buy more than one thing at a time?

Yes. You can add them all to your cart and checkout in one go, but you’ll need to pay for them all separately if they are from different shops. You can see all of your bought items in Your account.

How do I buy something on ThingsArty?

ThingsArty is the leading place to buy hand crafted items and handmade or commercial supplies To buy something on ThingsArty you need to register with us. That’s because we need some details from you to be able to track your order.

To buy something, select Add to cart on the item page and it will be added to your shopping basket which is displayed at the top of each page.

Items will stay in your basket until you either checkout or end your ThingsArty session by logging out.

Please note that adding an item to your basket does not remove it from sale, so if you leave it in your basket for too long without checking out there’s a chance that someone else could purchase it.

How do I contact the designer?

You can contact a designer on ThingsArty by clicking the ‘Contact the designer’ link on any item or Shop page.You can use this link to Contact the designer to enquire about a particular product or its availabilty.

How do I leave feedback?

If you go to Your account you can leave feedback for the seller. Feedback is very important for our sellers and useful for other buyers.

How do I pay for an item?

PayPal

The easiest way to pay for an item is using Paypal. You D'ont need a PayPal account to purchase an item or items with PayPal.

When yoy arrive at the Paypal Payment Page you just click the link 'Dont Have a PayPal Account' and use your desired payment method.

How much does delivery cost?

The delivery charges are shown at the bottom of an item page. They will be different depending on where the items are being shipped to and how many items are being sent. 

When will I receive my order?

We ask sellers to ship items within 3 days unless this is not possible
